Add stories to your career page

Show employee videos on the SAP SuccessFactors career page using the Custom Plugin component in Career Site Builder.

Create a story in Gobi Studio

Go to studio.gobistories.com and log in. Create a new story with short videos and/or images, and publish it.

Customise and copy the HTML code

Go to "Website" in the side menu in Gobi Studio. Click "Choose stories to embed", select the story you want to use and customise the appearance. Click "Add to Site" and select the code style "Gobi Discover Classes". Copy the HTML code (without the script) with "Copy code".

💡 The Gobi widget is responsive and works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Add the Gobi script in Career Site Builder

Log in to SAP SuccessFactors and type "Manage Career Site Builder" in the Action Search at the top of the page. Go to Appearance → Global Settings and select the JavaScript tab. Paste the Gobi script into the Header JavaScript field and click Save.

💡 Requires admin access to SAP SuccessFactors and CSB Admin rights or a role with JavaScript permission. Test in the staging environment before publishing to production.

Add stories to the career page

Select the page you want to edit in Career Site Builder — for example the home page, a content page, or a category page. Add a "Custom Plugin" component where you want Gobi stories to appear and paste the HTML code from step 2. Publish the changes and verify that stories appear.

💡 The Custom Plugin component can be used on all page types in Career Site Builder: home page, content pages, and category pages.
