Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When downgrading or canceling, the change takes effect at the next billing period, and your account is automatically moved to the free plan.
What happens when I reach the story limit?
You can still edit and manage your existing stories. To publish new stories, you can delete older ones or upgrade to a plan with a higher limit. If the subscription is exceeded, Gobi may restrict access to the service.
What is included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 2 stories with full access to Gobi Studio, Autopilot, Player and Analytics. Only one free account is allowed per person or organization.
Are there discounts for longer commitments?
Yes, annual billing gives you a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. All prices shown by default are based on annual billing.
Is it risk-free to try?
Absolutely! You can start with the free plan with no obligations and upgrade when you're ready. Choose between monthly or annual billing — it's up to you.
Is there a lock-in period?
No, there is no lock-in period. You have full flexibility to change or cancel your plan at any time — and you keep access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.
