Gobi Stories Partners with Jobbi
Gobi Stories and Jobbi have entered a partnership that makes it easy for companies to showcase their work culture directly on their Jobbi company profile — in story format.
Jobbi is the platform where employees and job seekers share honest reviews of Norwegian workplaces. Companies get scored on work environment, pay, leadership and career opportunities — by people who have actually worked there. Now companies can also respond with their own face: short, vertical videos where employees tell what it’s like to work there in their own words.
Reviews and Employee Stories Belong Together
Job seekers trust people more than companies. The reviews on Jobbi offer a view from the outside: what current and former employees think about the workplace. Employee videos offer a view from the inside: who you’ll be working with, and what everyday life actually looks like. Together they give job seekers a far more complete picture than a polished “about us” text.
“Working life has had enough polished language and glossy promo films. People want to see what it’s really like to work somewhere. Jobbi stands for openness, transparency and real experiences – and so does Gobi. When you get to see and hear the people who work at a company, you have a much better basis for deciding whether this is an employer for you. Gobi lets you meet the employees and hear them tell it in their own words. That gives you a much more genuine impression of the workplace, and fits extremely well with our vision at Jobbi.”
How the Integration Works
The integration is available to all Jobbi Premium accounts. Employees film short, vertical videos in 9:16 format, and the company gathers them in a story in Gobi Studio. Then you paste the story ID into the company card in Jobbi Bedrift — no code needed. The videos appear at the top of the company profile, among the first things job seekers see. If you want more control over placement, you can also add a dedicated Gobi section in “About us” between images and text.
If you change the story in Gobi Studio, it updates automatically on Jobbi. The whole setup takes a few minutes — see the step-by-step guide for Jobbi.
“Jobbi is where job seekers go to find out what a workplace is really like. So companies should be able to show their people there too — in their own words, not HR’s.”
