Gobi Stories

We help companies show
the real through video

Since 2015, we've built technology that makes it easy for companies to collect, edit, and share authentic stories from their employees.

Our vision

Bring out the real in everyday life
— through video

In a world full of AI-generated content and polished campaigns, authentic stories from real employees are what build trust and attract the right candidates.

Gobi makes it easy for companies to collect, edit, and share these stories — so candidates can make better choices, and companies can build stronger teams.

Authentic over perfect

We believe real stories from employees build more trust than polished campaigns.

Video without friction

From mobile recording to finished content — fully automatic, no agency needed.

Better match from the start

Candidates who see reality apply with the right expectations.

Visible employees

Those who work there know best what it's like. Let them tell the story.

About the company

From student project at NTNU
to video solution for Norwegian HR

Gobi Stories is a Norwegian video solution that makes it easy for companies to collect, edit, and share authentic employee stories. Everything happens automatically — from mobile recording to finished video with subtitles, branding, and publishing.

We believe candidates make better choices when they get to see the reality behind job titles and office photos. That's why we build technology that lets employees tell their own story — without agencies, scripts, or production budgets.
