Add stories to your career page

Show employee videos on your Onecruiter career page so visitors see authentic stories right away.

Arrange setup with Talentech

Contact Talentech to set up your career page with support for Gobi stories. They'll help you enable the embed field where stories will be displayed.

💡 You only need to do this once. Once the career page is set up, you can update stories freely from Gobi.

Create stories in Gobi Studio

Go to studio.gobistories.com and log in. Create one or more stories with short videos and/or images that showcase your work environment, team, or culture. Publish them when you're ready.

Create Collections

Go to "Collections" in the left-hand menu in Gobi Studio. Create a new collection and add the published stories you want to show on the career page.

💡 Collections let you group stories — for example by department, office, or theme.

Publish in Gobi

Go to "Collections" in the left-hand menu, open the collection you created, and click "Publish". Customise the appearance of the bubbles and copy the ID that's displayed.

Add the ID together with Talentech

Send the collection ID to Talentech so they can connect stories to your career page. Once the connection is in place, stories appear automatically.

💡 If you've already had the embed field enabled, you can paste the collection ID directly in the Onecruiter settings.

Update stories directly from Gobi

After the career page is connected, you can add new stories, change the order, or remove stories from the collection in Gobi Studio at any time — changes appear automatically on the career page.
