What the employee does
15 minutes on their phone
When the time comes, the employee opens the link on their phone. The questions appear as a teleprompter on screen, one at a time. Everything happens in the browser — no app to download and no equipment.
They do not get the questions in advance. That's deliberate — the answers are much better when they aren't rehearsed.
What the employee does
The employee approves it themselves
Nothing moves forward until they've reviewed and accepted that the clips can be used. The consent is stored with the recording, with a timestamp.
They can withdraw it later if they change their mind.
If they say no, it stops there — you don't need to do anything.
