Add stories to job postings

Show employee videos directly in Jobylon job postings using the built-in Gobi field — no code required.

Create a story in Gobi Studio

Go to studio.gobistories.com and log in. Create a new story by uploading short videos and/or images, and publish it when you're ready.

Open company settings in Jobylon

Log in to Jobylon and navigate to "Company Settings" in the menu.

Find the Gobi category

Go to the "Categories" tab in the settings and find the category called "Gobi".

💡 If you don't see the Gobi category, get in touch with us and we'll help you set it up.

Add a story to the category

Click "Add new" under the Gobi category. Give it a clear name and add the Story ID in parentheses after the name.

💡 You’ll find the story ID in the top left next to the title field in Gobi Studio. Use the format "Name (story-id)", e.g. "Onboarding Experience (23th6)".

Select stories in the job posting

Create or edit a job posting in Jobylon. Scroll down to the "Gobi" field in the form and select one or more stories.

💡 You can select multiple stories per posting — they appear in the order you select them.

Publish the posting

Save and publish the job posting. The selected Gobi stories now appear automatically in the finished posting.
