Share stories via email
Add Gobi stories to Gmail messages to share employee videos directly in the inbox.

Create a story in Gobi Studio
Go to studio.gobistories.com and log in. Create a new story with short videos and/or images, and publish it.

Customise the bubble and copy the code
Go to "Add to email" in Gobi Studio. Here you can customise the story bubble appearance — colour, size, animation, and whether to show a play icon. When you're happy, click "Generate code" and copy the bubble code.

Paste into Gmail
Open a new email in Gmail. Paste the bubble code directly into the message field.
💡 Stories appear as a clickable image in the email — the recipient clicks to watch the video.
