Add stories to email campaigns
Embed Gobi stories in Customer.IO automated email campaigns using HTML code.
Create a story in Gobi Studio
Go to studio.gobistories.com and log in. Create a new story with short videos and/or images, and publish it.
Customise the bubble and copy the code
Go to "Add to email" in the left-hand menu in Gobi Studio. Select the story you want to use and customise the bubble appearance — colour, size, animation, and whether to show a play icon. When you're happy, click "Generate code" and then "Copy code".
Open the campaign in Customer.IO
Go to "Campaigns" in Customer.IO, find your campaign, and open "Workflow". Select the email you want to edit and open the email editor.
Drag in an HTML block
In the email editor, drag the "HTML" content block into the email template where you want the story bubble to appear. Paste the Gobi code into the HTML field.
